this photo feels the best of the small series. place looks like it was tough to get a break. coming home wet from down Ontario street. trying to wonder without the language to flesh 'wonder' out much at all.
good work Lee, godsent opportunity to partake of camera obscura
Thanks to Frances I now know where you two are. I'm up to date and looking forward to future posts. I live near Mountain View Cemetery (my best guess) and have witnessed the driving lessons first hand.
This photo is gorgeous. Just beautiful. I can't figure out exactly why, but there it is. It's busy but simple, and all the colours blend magnificently.
The motif here is Greater Vancouver in transition. With many exceptions.
Unless otherwise noted, most of the stuff here was created by Bernie Lyon, a Vancouver illustrator, and Lee Bacchus, a Vancouver photographer/writer. Our work has appeared in The Tyee, Vancouver Magazine and Western Living among others. Contact rlbacchus@gmail.com
