This looks like the Riley Park site.
The last time I was by there I couldn't help wondering why they didn't wait until after the Olympics to demolish the buildings.
My conclusion is that this wasteland is less of a black eye for the gov't than the boarded up buildings with anti-gov't signs all over them.
